Brian Smyth is the head chef of the food catering division at Garderie Les Petits Anges. He has had over 20 years of experience in the food industry. His love for food and food preparation is what sets him apart from other caterers. He has personally created a menu for Garderie Les Petits Anges de Wesley and Get Fit for Fun Summer Camp that is well balanced, nutritional and very appealing to children of all ages. Brian personalizes his recipes and tailors his food dishes to meet the specific tastes and nutritional requirements of his clientele. His food program for young children considers all aspects of growth and development for that particular age group.
Top quality, nutrition and good taste are the guide lines for excellent cuisine. Brian takes pride in his food creations and is pleased to serve healthy and delicious food to the children in his care. The head chef at Les Petits Anges hopes to feed more and more people and children who will appreciate a good home cooked meal.
