“Fit For Fun!” is a unique summer camp program that combines the FOUR principles of fitness with ALL the elements of FUN.
Designed by a fitness specialist, our exciting program addresses the four main elements of fitness using activities that creatively capture your child’s sense of movement, fun and adventure.
The Four Principles of Fitness:
- FLEXIBILITY ® Allows body to move freely with reduced risk of injury
- MUSCULAR FITNESS ®Promotes weight control, better bone strength, increases energy levels
- AEROBIC CAPACITY ® Improves heart function and relaxes, improves performance
- BODY COMPOSITION ® Improves body proportion
Are we fit for you?
Our 9-week summer camp program is geared to a level of fitness that benefits the mind as well as the body. At the end of the summer you will have leaner muscles, increased cardiovascular capacity, an enthusiasm for exercise and a souvenir scrapbook of your summer. Each week will include power walks, fitness field trips, dance and singing workshops, karaoke, sports including volley ball and dodge ball, pilates, motivational group discussions about health and fitness, journal writing and lots of creative fun! If you wish to see maximum benefits, it is suggested you enrol for all 9 weeks.
A positive attitude and dedicated commitment are all it takes!
Field trips, anyone?
Weekly “Fit for Fun” field trips are planned for our packed summer (a total of 9 field trips). Each field trip will be based on the fitness theme for the week. For example, our Aqua Fit week includes a field trip to Jean-Drapeau Beach – right here in Montreal.

Feeling hungry?
We take pride in our meal program. A good diet is an important part of attaining proper physical development, muscle growth, and feeling great. Our menu has been specially designed with the help of a dietician, to meet the young athlete’s physical needs and taste. Fresh nutritious snacks and great tasting protein-packed lunches are sure to get you through the day and beyond!

**On Rainy days we will plan special activities for the children, to keep the day fun and busy. Dollar Cinema Ice Skating at the Atrium library etc.
